    Delivery acceptance: Standard equipment is delivered in 25 days, and complex customized models are ≤45 days (including trial production verification).
  • Q When the equipment fails, how long will the company respond?

    A Domestic customers will start remote guidance within 2 hours, and engineers will arrive for repair within 48 hours; overseas customers will respond to Europe/Southeast Asia within 72 hours and America/Middle East within 5-7 days through the localized service provider network. The spare parts inventory sufficiency rate exceeds 95%, ensuring rapid resumption of production.
  • Q What does after-sales service specifically include?

    A
    We provide full life cycle services:
    Installation and commissioning: Engineers will be stationed in the factory to complete the online commissioning of the equipment, ensuring a one-time pass rate of ≥98%;
    Operation training: Provide 2 days of practical training for production/maintenance personnel (including equipment maintenance and fault prediction);
    Regular inspections: Free inspection once every six months during the warranty period, and issue 20 key component health reports;
    Software upgrades: Lifetime free updates to the control system (an average of 3 functional iterations per year).
  • Q Can you provide remote technical support for the equipment?

    Of course! Through the AR remote assistance system:
    Technical experts can view the operating status of the equipment in real time and guide operators to troubleshoot faults;

  • Q Can urgent orders be expedited? How is the cost calculated?

    After signing the expedited agreement, the production priority is increased by 3 levels, and the delivery time is shortened to 15-20 days;
